NamTH Video Tools – Privacy Policy

NamTH Video Tools is a private, command-line tool used only by its developer to manage the developer's own YouTube channels (NamTH Vlog and NamTech Lab). It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

What the tool does

• Uploads videos and Shorts edited by the developer to the developer's own channels.
• Sets titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, thumbnails and playlists for those videos.
• Removes old videos from the developer's own channels when the developer chooses to.
• Reads YouTube Analytics reports (views, watch time, audience retention) for the developer's own channels.

Data accessed through YouTube API Services

The tool uses YouTube API Services. With the channel owner's OAuth consent it accesses: channel and video information, video upload and metadata management, playlists, and YouTube Analytics reports for the authorized channel. Scopes used: youtube.upload, youtube, youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly.

How data is used, stored and shared

• Data is used only to manage and analyse the developer's own channels.
• OAuth tokens and any reports are stored only on the developer's personal computer, in files readable only by the developer. Nothing is stored on any server.
• No data is sold, shared with, or disclosed to any third party.
• The tool does not use cookies, tracking, or advertising, and does not collect data about viewers.
• Analytics data is kept no longer than 30 days unless the developer saves a report for their own records.

Third-party terms

By using this tool, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Data is handled according to the Google Privacy Policy.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at Google security settings – Third-party apps with account access. When access is revoked, the stored tokens are deleted from the developer's computer.

NamTH Video Tools là công cụ dòng lệnh cá nhân, chỉ nhà phát triển sử dụng để quản lý các kênh YouTube của chính mình (NamTH Vlog và NamTech Lab). Công cụ không cung cấp cho người khác.

• Tải video và Shorts do nhà phát triển biên tập lên kênh của chính mình.
• Đặt tiêu đề, mô tả, thẻ, chương, ảnh thu nhỏ và danh sách phát.
• Xoá video cũ trên kênh của chính mình khi nhà phát triển muốn.
• Đọc báo cáo YouTube Analytics (lượt xem, thời gian xem, tỷ lệ giữ chân) của kênh mình.

Dữ liệu

Công cụ sử dụng YouTube API Services với sự đồng ý OAuth của chủ kênh. Token và báo cáo chỉ lưu trên máy tính cá nhân của nhà phát triển, không lưu trên máy chủ, không chia sẻ hay bán cho bên thứ ba, không dùng cookie, không theo dõi và không thu thập dữ liệu người xem.

Khi dùng công cụ, người dùng đồng ý với Điều khoản dịch vụ của YouTube; dữ liệu được xử lý theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google. Có thể thu hồi quyền truy cập bất cứ lúc nào tại myaccount.google.com/permissions.
